Before Treatment

I will need you to do the online consultation form once this is completed I shall contact you if you wish to proceed I will need you to send me a sample of your hair or choose your colour from the chart, this is so I can match your hair perfectly on the day of your fitting. After you have sent this sample you must not dye your hair till after the fitting. If you then want to go ahead with the fitting a deposit of £20 needed to secure your appointment this will then be deducted from the total cost on the day.

Really important things to do before I come round to do your hair?

Wash your hair with just shampoo, no conditioner (if you put conditioner on your hair the extensions will slip and not adhere to your hair as great so don’t do it!)

When you wash your hair, use a shampoo that is compatible with hair extensions. You can buy more expensive products from the internet or in salons, but any shampoo without the certain ingredients that melt the glue is fine. I have used the following for years with no problems; L’Oreal Elvive for dry and damaged hair (THE PINK ONE), John Frieda born blonde and John Frieda brunette. Any conditioner is fine just DON’T PUT ON THE BONDS!

Buy a spray leave in conditioner for your extensions.

Allow at least 3 hours for the fitting ( I know it’s a long time but imagine how long it would take to grow!)

I need a table for my stuff, a chair for you and a plug socket.

Chill out its going to look great because I’m doing it.

The natural hair will need to be at least 3 inches long to have hair extensions any shorter and it can look unnatural. Ideally hair that is 6 inches or longer will have the best results. Before the day of your fitting your hair needs to be washed just with shampoo and dried with no styling products used.

Allow between 3-6 hours for the fitting on the day this may seem like a long time but anyone who can fit a full head of hair extensions in less time is probably rushing and trying to fit as many customers in as possible. On the day of the fitting I will discuss with you all the relevant aftercare advice this will include how to look after your hair extensions, products suitable for use with your extensions etc and I am always available after the fitting if you have any questions about your extensions.
